Ken Hart

Kenneth W. Hart is a Principal of the firm. His practice is focused on real estate, commercial and business transactions, including new business formations and the negotiation and drafting of partnership, limited liability and shareholder agreements. For many of his clients Mr. Hart serves as general counsel, to provide advice and assistance on wide variety of matters, including lease negotiations, customer and vendor contracts and secured transactions. Mr. Hart also has extensive litigation, trial practice and appellate practice experience in both the state and federal courts on broad range of issues and disputes.

Mr. Hart has been recognized by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine as one of King County’s “Top Lawyers 2010”, as a “Super Lawyer” for 2013 and 2014 by Washington Law and Politics magazine, and as one of “Seattle’s Top Rated Lawyers” of 2013 and 2014” by Legal Leaders ALM, a publication of Martindale-Hubbell, which has awarded him its “AV” Preeminent rating. This peer review rating is awarded to only those attorneys who have demonstrated the highest ethical standards and professional ability.

Mr. Hart is a 1981 graduate of the University of Washington, and graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1985.
